First East Side Savings Bank - 9399 W. Commercial Blvd., Tamarac

Two-story financial building. Provided a complete masonry scope including interior and exterior masonry. 8 ft. reinforced masonry with integral colors of ground face block veneer. Job featured Indiana limestone caps on top of the curvilinear walls including oversized limestone canopy that cantilevers off the main entry walls. The limestone and integral ground face block used made this a challenging project.

Aventura Mall Expansion - 19501 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura

Approximately 250,000 sq. ft. three-story masonry addition to the mall including a new parking garage. Provided complete masonry scope including interior and exterior masonry. Emerald Masonry was also awarded the keystone veneer portion on the front of the mall. Fast-track project – Masonry was completed in five months.
